Cam Hazzard was just selected by Shaq to compete in the Dunkman League of pro dunkers, airing on TNT. Let’s congratulate him and hope he wins the $500K top prize.
But I’m not writing about Cam because of dunking. I’m writing because of what this 20-year-old did with AI.

A business owner’s reaction to Cam
I’m so proud of Cam, helping good people like Gale grow their businesses

Here’s what Gale had to say after our AI Summit at DSDT College in Detroit:
The agent Cam built without writing any code
Today Cam showed me a Claude agent he built that gathers positive mentions across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other places. Puts them in a Google Sheet, scoring them by authority, categorizing them. And automatically updates your website with “what people are saying.”

This 20-year-old professional dunker didn’t write a lick of code.
What takes a human 10 hours of clicking through videos, comment sections, transcripts, Yelp reviews, and Google accounts, his agent does in 15 to 20 minutes. And the cost? Less than a dollar in tokens. If we were to pay a human to do all that, it would be around $150. But Cam’s agent does it for under a dollar.
His agent runs while he sleeps
Cam’s personal agent runs on a weekly schedule. It scrapes the internet for him and sends him an email saying, “Hey, this person said this positive comment about you. Do you want me to update your website?” He doesn’t have to log into the website to do any of it. The agent does it all automatically.

And it doesn’t stop there. His teams of agents can run ads, build landing pages, and even cut up 150 clips of dunking footage, take only the ones where he made the dunk, and edit them together into one file.

He started with one or two skills, but then realized there were more and more skills he could build, so he created a whole skill pack. As these agents get better and help businesses, we could easily see 1,000 businesses using the agents he built.
The Magic Berry Challenge
Have you heard of the Magic Berry Challenge and how it’s your secret weapon to increasing your sales? Cam and I sat down to explain how gathering positive mentions, your magic berry, transforms how customers see you.

Instead of shoving a lemon at people, you let the magic berry do the work. When potential customers get a taste of the trust you’ve built, they don’t see you as a salesperson. They see you as someone they already know and trust.
What Cam means for the future of local business
Cam has built a marketing agent that goes out to do work for him, making him the agent pimp. As his various agents do work, he and others in our community are earning royalties.
We’ve been measuring the token cost to do each task, which ranges from 2 cents to 55 cents. Imagine the deflationary effect of having millions of virtual assistants who are more competent at digital marketing tasks than you and I. It forces us to be managers, strategists, and relationship builders, since we can’t beat the computer at the task itself.

Every business owner I know wants to have AI deployed in their business, but they struggle to do it themselves. They know AI is going to either multiply their advantage or threaten their existence, depending on how they address it. That’s the opportunity for young adults like Cam to get trained as AI deployment managers for the million US businesses that are ready to hire them.

If you’re a self-motivated young adult who wants to build AI agents for local businesses, make a one-minute video about anything and send it to operations@localservicespotlight.com
You don’t need to know how to code. You just need to be willing to talk to AI, solve problems, and show up.
