Why This Matters Now

The traditional model of teaching digital marketing is built around theory: define the term, memorize it, repeat it on a multiple-choice test. That no longer prepares students for a job market being reshaped by AI. What works is hands-on implementation, the same way a real cooking class has everyone making the pasta rather than watching someone describe how delicious it is.

He has managed over a billion dollars in ad spend for brands including Nike, Rosetta Stone, and the Golden State Warriors.

He co-authored Facebook Nation, a textbook used in more than 700 colleges and universities, and built his career around a single mission: creating a million jobs through hands-on training.
