DataForSEO Tools Terms of Internal Use
Effective August 10, 2026. The Local Service Spotlight DataForSEO gateway is an internal pilot for active team members authorized by Local Service Spotlight.
- Use the tools only for approved Local Service Spotlight, BlitzMetrics, or client work.
- Do not share the connector session, OAuth token, cached output, or access path with an unauthorized person.
- Do not attempt to discover the shared DataForSEO credential, bypass quotas, automate retries after a quota block, or call unlisted vendor endpoints.
- Respect client confidentiality, applicable law, and the terms of DataForSEO and the AI account you use to connect.
- Default allowances are 100 billable commands, 200 weighted credits, and $50 of actual vendor spend per calendar month. We may lower, raise, pause, or revoke an allowance based on role, usage, security, or cost.
- Results can be incomplete or wrong. Verify material claims and name the source, engine, location, and collection date in client-facing work.
- Access ends when team or client authorization ends. Cached results and audit records may remain for the periods in the privacy notice.
The service is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Report security or billing concerns to operations@localservicespotlight.com.
