One platform, many niche-skinned sites — think of the dating networks that run BlackPeopleMeet, JDate, and OurTime on one engine. We do the same for local-service and athlete verticals. This page is the living registry: every Spotlight site we run, the anatomy they share, and the process by which improvements to the mothership propagate to the whole fleet. Agents update it weekly.

Every live site carries the full component anatomy below — the audit wall, builder, scorecard, Dollar-a-Day guide + PDF, and the rest. Components aren’t listed per-site because that’s the point: they all have them, inherited from the master.
Watch item: rooferspotlight.com is registered outside our GoDaddy account and expires July 12, 2026 — the roofer variant (Chuck Thokey flagship) is generated and ready to publish the day we control that domain. The original master of the audit wall lives at dennisyu.com/personal-brand-audit.
Anatomy of a Spotlight Site: the Component Library
Every Spotlight site is a reskin of one master. Same shell, same tools — that industry’s real people, colors, and stories. These are the components, each maintained once on the mothership and propagated everywhere:
1. Personal-Brand Audit wall
A floating scorecard wall of real people from the industry — verified faces, honest 0–100 scores, Knowledge-Panel-gated tiers. Answers “what’s your brand score?” and sells everything else.
Master: dennisyu.com/personal-brand-audit · live on dunker, HVAC, roofer
2. Business Scorecard + Quick Audits
Grades the company — Maps visibility, website quality, SEO authority, social — by national percentile. Backed by the per-industry quick-audit engines on this site.
Master: /hvac-scorecard · quick-audit hub (12 industries)
3. Website Builder offer
“Your personal brand website, built for you, about $1/day” — the Founder Authority Hub, Knowledge Panel assistance, and content repurposing, productized.
Master: /spotlight-core + /ai-builder-program
4. Dollar-a-Day engine
The Promote stage: $1/day × 7 behind proven content, kill the bottom 90%, $30/30 behind winners. Every vertical carries a skinned guide page + downloadable agentic PDF.
Master: blitzmetrics.com/dad · LSS edition · 9 vertical editions shipped July 1
5. Claude / agent setup
How a member (or their kid, or their agency) puts agents to work: install, connect, run the skills. Turns the site from brochure into operating manual.
Master: localservicespotlight.com/claude-setup · strongest skin: dunkerspotlight.com/set-up-claude · why Claude
6. Skill pack downloads
Zipped, installable agent skills per vertical — dollar-a-day strategist, content factory, audit runner — so members’ own agents run our playbook.
Pattern: Dunker Spotlight skill pack · DealCon workshop packs · the 239-task skill library
7. QR codes
Physical-to-digital on-ramp: every event handout, truck wrap, and slide carries a QR that lands on the audit or skill pack — scannable proof at trade shows.
Pattern: DealCon attendee QR → leaderboard → audit funnel
8. Leaderboards & industry scoring
When there’s an event or an industry to rank: live leaderboards scored on real signals. Competition is the growth loop — nobody wants to be unranked.
Pattern: DealCon attendee leaderboard · Content Factory leaderboards · the audit walls themselves
9. Digital plumbing
Pixel, analytics, Google Business Profile, review flow — wired before a dollar gets spent. Boosting without plumbing is reach you can’t retarget.
Master: blitzmetrics.com/digital-plumbing
10. Content Factory
The four P’s — Produce, Process, Post, Promote. The member produces real ingredients; agents run stages two through four and document every run with a meta-article.
Master: blitzmetrics.com/content-factory · meta-article process
11. Your Website Is Your Hub
The web-footprint wheel: their site in the center, every profile pointing in. The anti-Linktree teaching that makes the entity home make sense.
Master: hub system · live on dunkerspotlight
12. Knowledge Panel assistance
Entity home, schema, Wikidata hygiene — the path to owning your name in Google and the AI engines. The KP gate is why our audit scores stay honest.
Master: KP package
How Propagation Works (This Is Our Process)
The mothership gets better; the fleet inherits it. That is the whole architecture, and it runs on agents:
The master-first rule. The master version of every component lives here, on the mothership. When a vertical site builds a better version of anything — a sharper Claude-setup page, a stronger audit wall, a new tool — it propagates up to the master first. Only when the master is strong does it propagate down to every vertical. Improvements never travel sideways; they travel up, then out. And the examples flow the same way: every vertical run — every audit delivered, every guide downloaded, every story earned — gets collected back into the master library, which makes the next propagation stronger for everyone.
- Config-driven generators, not hand-built pages. The audit walls, builder pages, scorecards, Dollar-a-Day guides, and PDFs are all generated from per-industry config blocks. Adding a vertical is a config entry, not a rebuild. Improving a component once re-skins every edition.
- Everything links up. Each vertical component points to its definitive article on blitzmetrics.com — one master teaching, many examples. No page competes with its own hub.
- Agents document every run. Each build ships with a meta-article — the receipts — which becomes training data for the next agent. The system improves itself.
- A weekly agent scan keeps this page true. Every week an agent checks our GoDaddy portfolio for domains containing “spotlight” (a new one is probably a new Spotlight site), reviews the week’s published work for new components entering the architecture, and updates this registry and diagram.
The Hosting Layer: Our Own WP Engine
We pay WP Engine about $700 a month. Our AWS bill is about $1,000 — and it hosts a ton more sites. So before the end of the year, we’re off WP Engine and off WordPress: the Spotlight fleet moves to static pages on AWS, built and maintained entirely by agents.
No plugins to collide. No PHP to crash. No admin passwords to phish. No humans logging in — ever — because there is nothing to log into. Agents generate the pages, agents publish them, agents monitor them. Members on our platform get what WP Engine sold us — hosting, security, speed — plus the parts WP Engine can’t sell: the agents and the component library above.
Want a Spotlight for Your Industry? (Lighthouse Criteria)
Every Spotlight site is anchored by a lighthouse — the person the industry already looks to, or the one clearly on the way. Anthony in landscaping. Chuck Thokey in roofing. Cam Hazzard for athletes. If that’s you, or someone in your network, here’s the honest bar:
- You’re a real lighthouse. A body of work, reviews, reputation — signals we can verify and amplify. (Our audits are Knowledge-Panel-gated; we don’t inflate scores, including yours.)
- Your community is big enough. Enough people in the niche to fill an audit wall of 14+ scored names and an audience worth ranking.
- The economics work. A ~$10 domain and agent time is cheap; your attention isn’t. There has to be a real offer behind the site — coaching, services, sponsorships, a book.
- You understand the model. You produce the real ingredients — the jobs, the wins, the stories. Agents process, post, and promote. If you want to fake it, this isn’t your platform.
We’ll score the existing reputation honestly, show the gap, and tell you straight whether a Spotlight site makes sense.
