Descript is our video editing tool. We use it to edit podcasts, remove filler words, clean up audio, create social clips, and publish to YouTube.
Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of video editing. You don’t need to learn professional tools. Just talk to the AI agent (Underlord) and it does the editing for you.
Descript sits in the Process stage of our Content Factory. After we Produce raw content (podcasts, Zoom calls, iPhone videos), we Process it in Descript before Posting and Promoting it across our channels.
We pay for a shared team account so everyone can use it.
Login credentials
Go to web.descript.com.
Username: access@localservicespotlight.com
Password is shared during onboarding. If you don’t have it, email operations@localservicespotlight.com.
Method 1 (Recommended): Use password
On the login page, click “Use a password instead.”
Enter the password.
You’re in. No verification code needed.
This is the fastest way.
Method 2: Email verification code
If you skip the password option, Descript sends a code to the access email.
To get that code, you need to log into the access email first.
We have 2-step verification on that email, so you’ll need backup codes.

Troubleshooting
If the password isn’t working, it may have been changed. Email operations@localservicespotlight.com for the updated password.
If your backup codes stopped working, a new set was generated. Request fresh codes from operations.
