Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote your job, we do not sell it, and we use standard analytics.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about the project. If you used the estimate tool, the summary of that estimate is attached so our estimator arrives knowing what you are planning.
We also collect standard analytics — pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device type — through Google Analytics and advertising platforms. If you arrived from an advertisement we record the click identifier so we can tell which advertising actually produces work.
What we do with it
Contact you about your enquiry, prepare and deliver an estimate, and carry out the work. We store enquiries in our customer system (Zoho CRM). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors.
Calls and texts
By submitting a form you agree that we may call or text you about that enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out — it does not affect any work in progress.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising storage default to denied until you choose otherwise. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days except where we are required to retain contract records.
Children
This is a home improvement website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
