Before and after

Three kinds of commercial work we are genuinely good at
HOA & condo associations
Multi-building exteriors, common corridors, decks and railings — scoped so a volunteer board can compare bids line by line.
See how we bid itProperty management
Apartment turns, corridors and lobbies on a schedule, with one point of contact and consistent pricing across a portfolio.
See how we workSenior & assisted living
Occupied-facility protocols: low-odour products, dust containment, wayfinding around the work, background-checked crews.
See our protocolsHow we scope a commercial job
You get a scope broken out by area and surface, with the product line and number of coats named, and a schedule showing which areas are affected on which nights. That is what makes bids comparable — and it is why boards and facility managers usually find the cheapest bid is not the cheapest job once the exclusions are read.

As a Realtor, I highly recommend Target and their team. They always come through for me! Very professional and capable. Great work!
FAQ
Commercial painting — questions we get asked
Can you work overnight?
Yes. Retail, office and medical suites are frequently done between 6pm and 6am, or over a weekend, so you do not lose a trading day.
Do you carry workers compensation?
Yes. Certificates naming your entity as additional insured are issued before we mobilise. Massachusetts workers compensation is expensive and some contractors skip it — ask every bidder for the certificate, not just the claim.
Will you hold pricing across a portfolio?
For managed portfolios we will agree unit rates — per unit turn, per corridor, per linear foot of railing — and hold them for the term. It makes your budgeting predictable and our scheduling efficient.
