Share in 44k Facebook Group

Task Library

Post the new piece into the 44,000-member Facebook group as a lesson for the community (Step 16), generating the first wave of organic engagement signal.

Category: Content Factory – Post

Use this when the article is live and the client has been notified (Step 15 done) – community amplification is Step 16 of the Blog Posting process.

Inputs

  • Published article URL and the client's name/handle
  • Posting access to the 44,000-member Facebook group
  • The customer question the article answers (its hook)

Steps

  1. Write the group post as a lesson, not a promo: lead with the question the article answers or the surprising result, in plain first-person language. Group members are practitioners – give them the takeaway up front.
  2. Include one concrete detail or number from the piece so the post has standalone value, then link the article for the full process.
  3. Tag the client and featured people if they are group members, so they can respond and share.
  4. Attach a real image or the native video clip – no stock, no banner graphics.
  5. Publish, then reply to every comment within 24 hours; questions raised here are future one-minute video topics (feed them back to the Topic Wheel).
  6. Log engagement (reactions, comments, shares) after 48 hours – strong group response marks the piece as a boost candidate for Promote's top 3-5 shortlist.

Definition of done (QA checklist)

  • Post live in the group, framed as a lesson with standalone value, article linked
  • Client/featured members tagged; real image or native video attached
  • Every comment answered within 24 hours; new questions captured as future topics
  • 48-hour engagement logged and fed to the Promote boost shortlist
  • Linked back to the definitive article and relevant siblings
  • Complies with Blog Posting Guidelines (if it publishes content)

Example(s)

  • Example needed – run the Meta-Article Prompt after first real run. Candidate: sharing a client win article (e.g., Zach Peyton, Superior Fence & Rail) and capturing the comment thread it generates.
