See what is really going on with your marketing

Liana Ling of Power Up Strategy is offering this with her friend Dennis Yu — the same free Quick Audit he documents in public, so you can see the exam before you take it. About five minutes. No credit card.

What happens next

1

You submit — name, business and website. About a minute.

2

We match the exam to the subject. A local business with a Google Business Profile gets the Quick Audit. A personal brand does not get a plumber exam.

3

Liana and Dennis both get the request. You get the written snapshot. Liana can follow up as your strategist.

Why free? Money is on implementation — so the diagnosis is on us. Prescription before diagnosis is malpractice. Same sequence as Quick Audit.

You’re in. We’re building your audit.

How the audit works — the same sequence for everyone

Liana’s clients see the same process anyone else sees. We publish it because a hidden rubric is a sales wall. The map, the product, and the intake form are public.

One idea: match the exam to the subject. Report each exam on its own line. Never average them. That is How we audit.

  1. Footprint. Google Business Profile, website, social, directories — claimed and consistent. If Google cannot confirm who you are and where you are, nothing else matters.
  2. Reviews and reputation. Stars and volume. Whether you reply, especially to the one-star.
  3. Social proof. Not follower counts. Proof you actually do the work in real neighborhoods.
  4. Analytics and tracking. Calls, pixels, Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts. Broken tracking is why ads look like they “don’t work.”
  5. Advertising. After tracking is honest: structure, keywords, creatives, conversion. Sometimes the leak is not the ad — it is the unanswered phone.
  6. Strategy. Rank vs competitors, load, video, whether the site answers what people actually search. Google’s own tools, not a vibe.

For a local trade we score Get Found → Get Chosen → Get Booked from that trade’s pack. You get a written snapshot and a prioritized plan. Then you decide: DIY from the public docs, or implement with Liana.

Liana with Dennis Yu

“I have known Liana for many years and I believe in her completely.”

That line is from Dennis’s public honor of her — not a partner bio written for this form. They work the conference floor the same way: capture the moment, turn it into content, introduce people without hoarding the relationship. She published Dollar a Day on her own site. He put her on the Coach Yu Show at DigiMarCon Toronto.
