How this page stays current
The system maintains it. A weekly propagation agent re-checks every skill-pack location and republishes the pack directory; a monthly refresh keeps the Task Library current with new models; and every finished task produces a meta article that gets added to the record. When an asset ships or changes, this page is part of the definition of done. Dates on this page are always day + year, never month-only.
