About These Tools

Our tools exist for one reason: to help local service operators see exactly where their reputation, visibility and authority stand today — and what to fix first. They’re the same instrumentation we use internally on every Maps Visibility System engagement, exposed as free utilities you can run on yourself or a competitor in under a minute.

What each tool measures

  • HVAC Scorecard — a 30-second snapshot of how an HVAC business stacks up on Google reviews, Google Business Profile completeness, and visibility against local competitors. Pulls publicly available signals; no install needed.
  • Knowledge Graph Explorer — checks whether you (the owner) and your business are recognized as entities by Google’s Knowledge Graph. This is the precondition for a Knowledge Panel and for being cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
  • Reputation MRI (delivered after you join) — the full audit version of the Scorecard: review velocity, sentiment, response rate, photo cadence, Local Services Ads health, schema completeness, owned-media coverage and citation accuracy.

How operators use them

Most owners we work with run a tool on themselves first, then on their two strongest local competitors. The gap is almost always larger than they expect — and the gap is precisely what we close inside the Maps Visibility System. Tools surface the problem; the product fixes it.

If your tool result shows you ranking outside the top 3 in your service area, or your Knowledge Graph result comes back empty for the owner’s name, that’s a strong signal to start with a Quick Audit.
